
Hi, I'm Amanda.
I'm a Personal Development Coach and yoga teacher with a background that spans psychology, peace and conflict studies, humanitarian work, and journalism.
Growing up as a third culture kid between Canada, Lebanon, and beyond, I developed a deep appreciation for people, mystery, and the beauty and diversity of human experience. That curiosity, combined with a natural sensitivity from a young age, led me to meditation and breathwork in my early teen years, shaping both my inner world and the path that continues to unfold before me.
After working across the humanitarian and media sectors, I felt called toward something more personal and meaningful. I have always been curious to understand things at the root, and a direct experience with war shook me from a comfortable slumber into remembering who I truly am. That's what brought me back into the mental health and personal development space, where I now support others through coaching and yoga, approaches I find deeply grounding, transformative, and human.
I believe that purpose is not something fixed, but something that continually unfolds over time. My work reflects this, drawing from my varied life experiences to offer a coaching approach that is both creative and intuitive.
I highly value growth, kindness, authenticity, and initiative, and I bring these qualities into everything I do.
